Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator II to plan and coordinate internal projects from initiation to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and maintain project requirement lists and provide weekly project updates
  • Schedule and coordinate project reviews, documenting important actions and decisions
  • Maintain project plans, monitor schedules, and assist with identifying project issues
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent with 2 to 5 years of related experience
  • Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Suite
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems and/or project management systems
  • Understanding of or experience in a technology-driven environment
  • Flexibility to work both in-office and remotely, with occasional adjustments to work hours
