Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Transformational Program Manager to oversee large-scale transformation projects in their Measurement Research and Development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transformational initiatives from inception to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress and report updates to management and stakeholders, while managing relationships with external vendors

Required Qualifications

• At least 5 years of project or program management experience, specifically with large-scale transformation projects
• Strong understanding of project management methodologies and tools
• Experience in stakeholder management and collaboration across multiple teams
• Familiarity with technological solutions in business transformation
• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Project Management, or a related field
