Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scrum Master.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute and optimize Agile processes to support product delivery
• Manage project timelines, dependencies, and risks while ensuring effective communication with stakeholders
• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and project status meetings to track progress and resolve roadblocks

Required Qualifications

• 1-2 years of experience in enterprise-level software project/program management
• Expertise or certification in Scrum and other Agile methodologies
• Familiarity with Waterfall project management
• Technical project management experience in software development
• Experience with Atlassian Jira and Confluence, including building Jira Dashboards
