Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead growth marketing strategy for Equities and xStocks, focusing on awareness, acquisition, and retention
• Manage end-to-end campaign processes across various channels, including strategic planning and execution
• Optimize customer journey and engagement strategies to maximize lifetime value and retention

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in Product Marketing Management, preferably in fintech or high-growth B2C tech
• Strong expertise in crypto and a deep understanding of stock and ETF market trends
• Proven ability to drive growth strategies for multi-matrixed products
• Data-driven marketer with a track record of optimizing campaigns
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
