Job Summary

A company is looking for an AI Program Manager, Marketing Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and deliver AI-driven programs to enhance marketing workflows, collaborating with various teams
• Define success criteria with stakeholders and drive the adoption of AI agents and automation
• Act as a subject matter expert in generative AI applications for marketing, addressing repetitive tasks and improving campaign speed

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product management or technical program management, preferably in marketing and AI/ML projects
• Experience in building and deploying AI prototypes using LLM frameworks and low-code platforms
• Track record of utilizing AI to solve Fin Tech/SaaS GTM challenges in recent years
• Able to translate business challenges into actionable AI-driven solutions
• Skilled in navigating cross-functional complexities and aligning stakeholders on outcomes
