Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Product Designer to lead the design of their benchmarking and analytics product.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the design vision and execution for Insights, leading product discovery, design, testing, and delivery
• Design user experiences for complex benchmarking data and ensure cohesive workflows across Metrics products
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product strategy and maintain the Design System

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, preferably in a B2B or SaaS environment
• Strong portfolio showcasing user-centered and data-informed design solutions
• Proven ability to lead projects and collaborate with PMs, engineers, and stakeholders
• Deep understanding of design systems and component-based design
• Proficient in Figma and modern design workflows, with working knowledge of HTML/CSS
