Job Summary

A company is looking for a Content Specialist - Workday.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit and assess current communications within the Workday HRIS platform
• Develop a unified content strategy for candidate communications throughout the hiring process
• Consolidate and standardize messaging into streamlined, reusable templates

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy
• Experience working with HRIS platforms; Workday experience strongly preferred
• Ability to work independently in a remote or hybrid environment
