Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Principal Engineer/Senior Architect.
Key Responsibilities
- Tackle complex technical design and architecture challenges from inception to launch
- Collaborate with engineering teams on company-wide initiatives and strategic solutions
- Lead a team of Principals to address broad, technically complex problems with a platform mindset
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience as a senior Software Engineer
- 5+ years as a Technical Lead for a team of engineers
- Experience in compliance environments related to FedRAMP or DoD
- Proven leadership skills in driving technical roadmaps and mentoring senior engineers
