Senior Siebel Software Engineer

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Software Engineer Senior Consultant II.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide L2/L3 production support for Siebel-based Claims applications, including incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Lead production release activities, including code deployment and stakeholder communication
• Diagnose and resolve software defects and performance bottlenecks to ensure optimal system operation

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 4+ years of hands-on experience in software development and support
• Experience with Siebel applications and Agile development processes
• Ability to conduct code reviews and mentor junior team members
• Familiarity with SDLC standards and best practices
