Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Policy Services Analyst - Retirement Plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a robust internal audit program and conduct regular audits
• Collaborate with Compliance to manage regulatory changes and communicate effectively with impacted teams
• Coach and mentor associates, identify training needs, and represent the department on relevant projects

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required
• 1-3 years of Retirement Plans experience required
• Experience with Omni or Relius preferred
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to multi-task
