Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across various paid acquisition channels
• Continuously experiment and scale high-performing initiatives to drive measurable growth
• Lead A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to improve conversion rates and accelerate revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global paid search and paid social strategy and campaign management
• Proven track record of increasing ROI while driving revenue at scale
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and X campaigns
• Understanding of SaaS-based business models, including monthly recurring revenue concepts
• Experience with Affiliate Program Management and Display advertising is a bonus
