Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Marketing Ops & Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team, promoting collaboration and continuous improvement
• Manage the lifecycle of BI/Self-Service Analytics solutions, ensuring accuracy and visual appeal
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define priorities, KPIs, and business needs while contributing to the data strategy

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in data analytics, BI, or data visualization, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Demonstrated success in managing and mentoring analysts and BI professionals
• Advanced expertise in Power BI, including DAX, Power Query, and data modeling
• Strong SQL skills and experience in modern data environments
• Some experience with Python and GitHub is required
