A company is looking for a Senior Performance Marketing Strategist, Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage a comprehensive performance marketing strategy across various paid acquisition channels
• Experiment with new and existing channels to identify and scale high-performing initiatives
• Lead A/B testing and data-driven experimentation to improve conversion rates and revenue growth

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in global paid search and paid social strategy, campaign management, and budget management
• Proven track record of increasing ROI and driving revenue at scale
• Extensive hands-on experience with Google, Bing, LinkedIn, Meta, and X campaigns
• Understanding of SaaS-based business models, including monthly recurring revenue concepts
• Experience with Affiliate Program Management, Display, YouTube ads, and TikTok Ad Network is a bonus
