Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, People Partner.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a high-performing People Experience Partner team to align with business strategy
• Act as a trusted partner to senior leaders, shaping talent strategies and driving organizational change
• Oversee the execution of core people programs across the employee lifecycle and enhance employee experience

Required Qualifications

• Experience leading People teams through change, preferably in a remote environment
• Extensive background in talent and organizational development, employee relations, and performance management
• Hands-on experience with internal investigations of employee claims and concerns
• Strong management skills with the ability to drive initiatives from inception to completion
• Excellent analytical skills with the ability to use data for decision-making
