Senior Organizational Change Consultant

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Organizational Change Analyst/Consultant or Senior Communications Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead data analysis efforts and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
• Develop and implement change management plans aligned with organizational objectives
• Coordinate with teams to ensure effective stakeholder management and training initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 7 years of experience in organizational change management or related fields
• Understanding of OCM theories and models, such as Prosci and Kotter's 8-Step Model
• Experience in stakeholder feedback collection and analysis
• Eligible for or possesses active/interim Secret Clearance
• Knowledge of stakeholder needs and organizational dynamics
