Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Operations Specialist to lead projects and develop processes within the Operations team.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the carrier integration roadmap, managing direct integrations and improving existing connections
• Drive operational reliability by managing and enhancing enrollment and payment processes across carrier partners
• Lead high-impact projects cross-functionally to improve operational and product initiatives

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years in operations, consulting, or related fields at a high-growth startup or management consulting firm
• Proven track record of building project teams or launching new products/initiatives
• Experience in creating effective operational processes in ambiguous environments
• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree is a plus
• Experience in health insurance or benefits is preferred
