Job Summary

A company is looking for a Scheduler to maintain accurate install schedules and facilitate communication between customers and internal departments.

Key Responsibilities

• Forecast tentative install dates and intake customer schedule requests to establish installation timelines
• Monitor daily for customer schedule changes and communicate acceptance or alternative dates to customers
• Utilize ERP systems for tracking and information gathering while ensuring timely completion of daily activities

Required Qualifications and Education

• High school diploma or GED
• 1 year of applicable job experience preferred
• Basic technology skills, including MS Office Suite
• Strong organizational skills for tracking required information
• Associates Degree or 2-year Technical School preferred
