Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Marketing Technology Manager to drive the design, implementation, and optimization of their Martech ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and own the marketing technology roadmap aligned with business goals and marketing strategies
• Lead the development of a scalable Martech stack to support personalized customer engagement throughout the lifecycle
• Oversee the integration of Martech solutions into the broader technology ecosystem and manage the implementation of tools

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience managing MarTech stacks in global B2B organizations
• Proficiency in Hubspot and Salesforce; familiarity with Demandbase is a plus
• Extensive knowledge of Martech platforms and tools, including CRM and marketing automation
• Proven track record of implementing and managing complex marketing systems
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
