Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr Mgr, Solution Consulting.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure Solution Consultants demonstrate relevance to customers and deliver high-quality presentations and demonstrations
• Develop team members and maintain a recruiting pipeline to meet future business demands
• Manage day-to-day activities, including resource scheduling and activity reporting

Required Qualifications

• Experience in integrating AI into work processes or decision-making
• 7 years of experience in presales, including managing presales teams
• Deep experience with the Japan market and access to Japanese customers' senior management
• Understanding of coaching, mentoring, and management of individual contributors
• Thorough understanding of the SaaS market and PaaS-based solutions
