Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Philanthropic Impact.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement an annual fundraising plan generating approximately $3M from institutional funders and major gifts
• Collaborate with leadership to identify, cultivate, and solicit major donors while managing grant processes
• Oversee gift processing, maintain donor records, and prepare fundraising progress reports for leadership

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or a combination of related education and work experience
• 5+ years in external relations such as fundraising, public relations, or sales
• Strong relationship-building and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and project management abilities
• Technology-oriented with familiarity in databases and data management
