Key Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of Senior and mid-level Solutions Engineers, fostering a high-performance culture
• Oversee SE participation in the sales lifecycle, ensuring high-quality customer-specific solutions
• Serve as a strategic escalation point for complex customer engagements and collaborate with cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; or equivalent experience
• Minimum of seven years of experience in technical sales engineering, with at least three years in team leadership
• Proven success in leading technical teams in the telecom or networking industry
• Deep understanding of networking technologies including optical, routing, and network security
• Strong business acumen with the ability to translate technical value into customer outcomes
