Job Summary

A company is looking for a GTM Engineer to lead and scale their Go-to-Market Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain GTM systems and workflows for Sales, Marketing, and Customer teams
• Identify and automate manual tasks to improve efficiency across the GTM organization
• Analyze data to optimize strategies and report on key metrics for pipeline generation

Required Qualifications

• 2-4 years of experience in Revenue Operations, GTM Engineer, or similar role
• Strong background in SQL and Python
• Experience with GTM tools and systems such as Salesforce and HubSpot
• Passion for AI and its application in GTM operations
• Bachelor's degree in STEM or computer science preferred
