A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment, ensuring alignment with the GTM Plan to Pay process
• Develop and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in collaboration with Finance and People stakeholders
• Manage the Winner's Circle recognition program alongside GTM Leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
• Experience in compensation design for organizations transitioning to SaaS sales
• Proven ability to build strong relationships and present to senior leaders
• Strong analytical skills to assess data and understand business risks
• Experience working in fast-paced, collaborative environments
