A company is looking for a Sales Operations Manager.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive analytics for territory planning, segmentation, capacity modeling, and quota setting
  • Develop and manage dashboards, reports, and KPIs to monitor sales performance
  • Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and other teams to improve sales efficiency and support strategic initiatives
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree in Applied Mathematics, Marketing, Finance, Statistics, Computational Sciences, or similar field
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role in a fast-paced business environment
  • Proficiency with data modeling, extraction, and business intelligence tools (e.g., Looker, Tableau, Excel, SQL)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Experience in sales, marketing, and finance
