Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, GTM Incentives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead all aspects of GTM compensation design, governance, and deployment
• Create and evolve Sales Incentive Plans in partnership with Finance and People teams
• Manage and develop the Winner's Circle GTM recognition program with GTM Leadership

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of industry experience with 8+ years in sales compensation strategy or administration
• Experience in compensation design for SaaS sales or during organizational transformation
• High level of professionalism with the ability to engage senior leaders
• Strong problem-solving skills with a data-driven approach
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
