Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of progressive experience in compensation, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Experience in managing global compensation programs, including M&A integration
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or related field; Master's degree preferred
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) are a plus
  • Strong proficiency in compensation tools and HRIS platforms, with advanced Excel skills
