• Manage newsletters, community calls, and SharePoint content for the CSU
• Write success stories and internal communications aligned with business priorities
• Analyze engagement metrics and support special projects as needed

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business communication, storytelling, writing, and editing
• 10+ years of project management experience
• 10+ years of strategic thinking in complex business environments
• Bachelor's degree required
• Experience in the tech industry, preferably in large-scale or enterprise environments
