Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Business Analytics - Marketing & Media (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Develop a deep understanding of business strategies and collaborate with cross-functional teams to utilize data-driven analytics
• Lead and mentor a team of business analysts, ensuring successful execution of analytics projects and fostering a culture of business-focused analytics
• Oversee data collection and analysis, and lead the development of dashboards and reports to communicate key performance metrics to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field with 10+ years of relevant work experience, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience can substitute for the degree
• Master's degree preferred with 8+ years of relevant work experience
• 8+ years of experience in a senior analytics role with a successful track record of leading high-performing teams
• 3+ years of media experience
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and programming languages such as SQL, Python, or R
