Senior Loan Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Loan Delivery Specialist who will ensure loan files meet all investor and internal audit requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct detailed audits of loan files to ensure compliance with standards and escalate issues as needed
• Manage audit and delivery pipelines, coordinating with the capital markets team for lock extensions
• Ensure completion of loan-specific tasks in the Loan Origination System before shipping files to investors

Required Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of mortgage experience, preferably in Post-Closing or QC
• Proficiency with Encompass and other mortgage loan processing software
• Extensive knowledge of FHA and VA loan programs and guidelines
• Familiarity with agency guidelines and delivery requirements is strongly preferred
• Strong preference for experience with Bond, Down Payment Assistance (DPA), and/or Jumbo loan products
