Key Responsibilities

• Own and optimize the full-funnel client journey for therapy seekers and re-engagement
• Build collaborative relationships across Marketing & Product to enhance the client experience
• Develop scalable experimentation frameworks to drive measurable outcomes and growth

Required Qualifications

• 4-6 years of lifecycle marketing experience with a focus on multi-channel strategy
• Experience with Iterable and building testing strategies that yield incremental results
• Ability to prioritize and create a focused, high-impact roadmap from numerous ideas
• Fluency in both Marketing and Product to effectively communicate and build relationships
• Creative and resilient approach to new challenges
