Key Responsibilities

• Develop differentiated messaging and clear value propositions for staking infrastructure
• Create compelling sales collateral and pitch decks for product offerings
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product messaging and positioning

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in product marketing, technical marketing, or sales engineering, ideally in crypto or fintech
• Deep understanding of staking, validators, and the broader crypto ecosystem
• Experience working with institutional customers and/or regulated markets
• Proactive mindset with the ability to translate complex concepts into simple messaging
• Experience managing a team, ideally in a global context
