Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the strategy and execution of lifecycle marketing programs to drive acquisition, engagement, conversion, and retention
• Analyze performance data to uncover trends and develop actionable insights for strategy improvement
• Lead the creation and management of email and SMS campaigns aimed at increasing product engagement and conversion

Required Qualifications

• 6-8+ years of lifecycle marketing experience in high-consideration environments
• 2-3 years of experience managing high-performing teams
• Deep expertise in HubSpot, with familiarity in Braze or Iterable as a plus
• Proficiency in email and SMS marketing automation, including segmentation and personalized flows
• Basic knowledge of SQL and understanding of HTML and template scripting languages
