Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive YouTube content repurposing strategy for animation content
• Conduct ongoing market and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and optimize performance
• Lead and manage a team, providing direction, support, and performance feedback

Required Qualifications

• Profound understanding of the YouTube platform, including trends and content strategy
• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role within a digital media or content-driven environment
• Demonstrated success in developing and executing content repurposing strategies on YouTube
• Experience working with MFK content on YouTube is highly preferred
• Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency
