Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school in the United States
• Active member in good standing of a State Bar Association
• Experience as in-house counsel at a tech company or with a tech-focused law firm
• Deep expertise in commercial contracts, compliance, and M&A
• Working knowledge of U.S. and European data privacy laws
