Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, IT Security to lead and enhance its IT security functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and establish the vision, structure, and roadmap for the IT security program
• Lead the Security Incident Response process and manage real-time responses to security threats
• Design and facilitate tabletop exercises to prepare teams for cyber threats and improve readiness

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of leadership experience in IT security
• 7+ years of proven experience in IT security with expertise in incident response and cybersecurity tools
• Hands-on experience with implementing and managing cybersecurity technologies
• Strong collaborative leadership skills to align security initiatives with business goals
• Experience in designing scalable security processes and metrics
