Required Qualifications
Associate's degree in a technology-related field or relevant certifications with experience
Minimum of three years of experience supporting global infrastructure in a multinational organization
Proven experience troubleshooting hardware, desktop applications, and cloud applications
Experience in delivering technical training to both technical teams and end-users
Ability to work independently and effectively in a remote work environment
