Senior IT Business Operations Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager of IT Business Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead procurement processes for IT hardware, software, and services, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and compliance
• Manage onboarding of enterprise software tools and maintain vendor relationships across hardware and software domains
• Integrate IT procurement workflows into ServiceNow and provide governance and training to IT and business teams

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in IT procurement, vendor management, or IT operations, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
• Proven experience negotiating enterprise software and hardware agreements
• Experience with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM platforms
• PMP, ITIL, or relevant procurement certifications are a plus
