Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Instructional Designer (Contract).

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain clear, accurate SOPs, Standard Work, and Reference Guides
• Partner with frontline teams, process owners, and leadership to document evolving workflows
• Lead regular audits and updates of documentation to ensure accuracy and relevancy

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Technical Writing, Healthcare Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience creating SOPs, Standard Work, and Reference Guides
• 2+ years working in a fast-paced startup environment, ideally in healthcare
• Licensed technician with the ability to work directly in operational workflows
• Strong instructional design skills with a talent for simplifying complex processes
