Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Implementation Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the onboarding of clients, ensuring seamless implementation of health products
• Act as a subject matter expert in healthcare benefits administration and regulatory compliance
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing guidance and support throughout the implementation process

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred
• 3+ years of experience in healthcare benefits administration or implementation
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, including HIPAA and benefits administration policies
• Experience with project management frameworks preferred
• Proficiency in SaaS-based benefits administration platforms and project management tools
