Job Summary

A company is looking for a Project Coordinator to join their Project Management team.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Project Management team on advertising campaigns across digital, print, and video
• Track project milestones and maintain timelines, status documents, and deliverable trackers
• Attend internal meetings, take detailed notes, and ensure action items are captured and followed up on

Required Qualifications

• Associate degree required; BS/BA in business/marketing preferred
• 0-2 years of experience, with internships or previous agency/marketing experience being a plus
• Interest in project management, advertising, marketing, or healthcare
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
• Familiarity with project management tools is a plus but not required
