Job Summary

A company is looking for a Benefits Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

• Administer employee health and voluntary benefit plans
• Maintain benefit-related transactions in HRIS and perform system audits
• Coordinate with insurance carriers regarding eligibility and claims issues

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of benefits experience in a large organization (500+ employees)
• Knowledge of employee benefit plans and leave of absence laws
• In-depth understanding of Section 125 benefit plans
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred experience with Workday and the benefits module
