Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. HRBP to coach senior leaders and drive organizational effectiveness initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders on people strategy and talent development
  • Manage complex employee relations issues and ensure compliance with policies
  • Coordinate with Global PX partners to implement PX programs effectively
Required Qualifications
  • 8-10 years of HR Business Partner experience, particularly within Sales organizations
  • Proven ability to establish relationships at all organizational levels
  • Experience in project management and change management
  • Ability to thrive in a constantly changing environment
  • Experience using data to drive actionable insights
