Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and coordinate international relocations, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations.
• Provide expert advice on global mobility policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Support the development and implementation of global mobility strategies and programs.
• Collaborate with HR, Talent Acquisition, Payroll and Finance teams to ensure seamless execution of mobility processes.
• Assist in the preparation and review of relocation-related documentation, including contracts, tax filings, and immigration paperwork, working closely with external vendors.
• Maintain accurate records and databases related to global mobility activities.
• Address employee inquiries and provide support throughout the relocation lifecycle.

For this role as a Global Mobility Specialist, we’re looking for someone who has the following skills and experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in Global Mobility, preferably within a corporate or advisory firm setting.
• Strong knowledge of global mobility practices, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively in an international, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
  
  Preferred qualifications:

• Experience working in an international organization.
• Certifications in Global Mobility (e.g., GMS, CRP).
• Knowledge of Dutch immigration and tax regulations will be considered a strong asset.
