Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Financial Analyst to drive GAAP Footnotes and SOX/Audit processes for the actuarial valuation department.

Key Responsibilities

• Own the GAAP footnote and SOX documentation processes for the Actuarial team
• Manage quarterly Audit Requests and complete Quarterly GAAP Reconciliations
• Research GAAP requirements and support process improvements and ad-hoc projects

Required Qualifications

• BA/BS degree, preferably in Finance or Accounting
• 2+ years of financial analysis or accounting experience
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (macros, pivot tables, advanced formulas)
• Experience with financial reporting systems (SAP preferred)
• Ability to handle multiple complex tasks under aggressive timelines
