Key Responsibilities

• Build and lead a cross-enterprise advancement function integrating fundraising and partnerships
• Identify and cultivate relationships with foundation, corporate, and individual supporters to meet revenue targets
• Develop partnership strategies that enhance visibility and deepen impact in the field

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in development, strategic partnerships, or external affairs
• Proven success in securing support from foundations, corporations, or government entities
• Experience leading strategy in collaborative environments with shared revenue responsibilities
• Proven ability to lead through influence and build alignment across teams
• Comfort with CRMs and data-driven decision-making
