Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Director of Owned Brands & Culinary R&D.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and evolve the private label product development strategy and identify opportunities for expansion
• Lead the development of innovative product formulations and oversee recipe development
• Manage the end-to-end product development process and ensure quality and consistency across products

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in food product development or culinary innovation
• Experience leading culinary or recipe development teams with knowledge of nutrition
• Proven success in bringing new food products to market from concept to scale
• Experience working with co-manufacturers or co-packers
• Strong project management skills and knowledge of culinary trends
