Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Director, Business Transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic business transformation programs and act as a trusted advisor to leadership
• Direct the implementation of the strategic roadmap for Availity products and manage day-to-day operations
• Facilitate change management and partner with teams to resolve functionality issues and develop business cases

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• 9+ years of experience in process improvement, business analysis, or organizational change management
• Experience in external consulting, customer journey experience, or project management preferred
• Certifications in Organizational Change Management, Six Sigma, or PMP are preferred
