Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Demand Generation Specialist (Webinars).

Key Responsibilities

• Drive webinar strategy for third-party and internal events, aligning with campaign goals and audience needs
• Lead end-to-end execution of webinars, including planning, promotion, tech setup, and post-event follow-up
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless execution and optimize performance through analysis and experimentation

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience managing B2B webinars or virtual events
• Expertise with platforms like ON24, Zoom, or Webex, and familiarity with marketing tech (Marketo, Salesforce)
• Strong project management skills with the ability to lead cross-functional teams
• Strong analytical mindset with a results-oriented approach
• Experience building training materials or onboarding collaborators is a plus
