Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Data Analyst to oversee reconciliation efforts, manage data validation, and analyze trends to drive process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manipulate data using SQL, Snowflake, Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to provide actionable insights
• Build reporting and data visualizations to drive strategies for achieving Star ratings
• Oversee reconciliation processes and monitor trends in data inconsistencies across health plans

Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of report development and visualization experience with Tableau or Power BI
• 3+ years of ETL experience in tools such as Alteryx, Streamlit, or Python
• 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst utilizing SQL or similar technologies
• EPIC experience or certification in relevant modules
• Ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects in a high-volume workload environment
