Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship lead for Showcase customers, hosting monthly Business Reviews and advising on best practices
• Champion product adoption by delivering training sessions and collaborating with Sales on renewal strategies
• Utilize reporting tools to identify opportunities and support client goals through accountability targets

Required Qualifications

• Four-year degree or equivalent experience
• At least 5 years of experience in a client-facing role such as customer success or sales
• Knowledge of the real estate industry is preferred
• Flexibility in scheduling to meet customer needs
• Ability to manage projects effectively under tight deadlines
